Our goal AT St. Luke’s Fitness Centers is to adopt a personalized approach to your health and wellbeing. Our team of highly trained, properly credentialed and degreed staff will provide high quality assessments and exercise programming based on your individual needs, goals and conditions. Our programs include:

  • a complimentary fitness assessment that consists of body fat composition analysis, strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular testing
  • a workout program specifically tailored to your needs
  • a one-on-one training session with an Exercise Specialist who will demonstrate every exercise in your program
  • follow-up training sessions every 3 months to re-evaluate and make changes to your program
  • access to a team of St. Luke’s healthcare professionals

$99 three-month fitness memberships are available to all patients and clients referred from St. Luke’s Weight Management, Physical Therapy at St. Luke’s, St. Luke’s Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation, St. Luke’s Physicians and St. Luke’s Oncology.

Youth Fitness

Programming for adolescents and young adults that focuses on metabolic fitness as well as strength training and conditioning activities to enhance body composition, muscle strength and endurance, flexibility, conditioning and coordination.

Adult Elite Fitness

For adults looking for a more advanced fitness routine. Focus is on metabolic fitness, energy system development, muscular strength and endurance, body composition and flexibility.

Tactical Fitness, Strength & Conditioning

For police, fire/rescue, EMS, military personnel and other tactical first responders. Performance training is designed to deliver a premier level of conditioning to those who serve and protect our community and country.
