St. Luke’s Warren Campus has been a vital part of the greater Phillipsburg area for 100 years. In May of 1921, The Maternity Hospital and Infantorium of Warren County was founded by Mary Lesher, in consultation with her physician, Dr. Isaac Barber. The name was later amended to Warren Hospital in December 1922. Warren Hospital opened in the former William E. Harwig School on Wilbur Ave., Phillipsburg. From then on, there has been significant growth, expansion of services and advances in technology made to meet the demand of the community.
