NEW! Manage your prescription refills in MyChart
Beginning August 24th, St. Luke’s HomeStar Pharmacies, SH Pharmacy and HomeStar Mail Order will be conveniently managed through MyChart.
This will allow you to:
- Manage medications from your computer or mobile device
- Request prescription refills online
- View prescription status and activity
- Receive prescription notifications
Please take a moment to take the following steps:
Step 1: Enroll in MyChart.
You must be enrolled in MyChart to take advantage of these new features.
or download the St. Luke’s app.
Step 2: Enter in a payment method & share it with HomeStar Pharmacy when requesting a refill.
- Go to Menu
- Go to Billing
- Find the “St. Luke’s University Health Network” guarantor and click on Manage payment methods
- Click on Add a new payment method
- Choose “Credit or Debit Card” and then Select
- Enter your credit card, FSA card, or manufacturer’s assistance credit card information; be sure to “name” your payment method for easy referencing
If you already have a credit or debit card in your account that you would like to use, you do not need to take the above steps.
Additional important information
If you need your refill processed before Monday, August 24, submit your requests before the end of business day Monday, August 17. Please allow for time for USPS shipping and potential transit delays.
Mail Order customers must enter credit card/FSA cards/manufacturer’s assistance credit cards into MyChart or contact Homestar Mail Order to set up payroll deduction.
You will need to “name” your credit card in your MyChart account and notify HomeStar pharmacy which card to use.
Prescriptions that have been processed and are ready for pickup MUST be picked up no later than close of business Friday, August 21.
Prescriptions remaining in will-call inventory after Friday, August 21 may need to be returned to stock and reprocessed.
All Pharmacy locations will be closed on August 23.
Prescription requests must be submitted to Homestar Bethlehem by end of day Thursday, August 20 for Friday August 21 delivery to the inpatient pharmacies.
No prescriptions will be processed Saturday, August 22 or Sunday, August 23.

Homestar RX and Infusion Services provides Home Infusion and Specialty Medications that allow patients to be safely treated for serious infections or illness in the comfort of their own home. Infusion and Specialty Medications are prescribed for complex medical conditions and require special knowledge for collaboration and follow up with physicians, insurance companies, drug manufacturers, financial assistance programs and other health care providers.
