St. Luke’s University Health Network recognizes the vital role in which first responders play in providing quality patient care to the community. Recognizing that role, St. Luke’s University Health Network created the Pre-Hospital Services Department to bridge the gap creating a continuum of care for all patients and establish a connection to all first responders.
St. Luke’s Pre-Hospital Services provides necessary resources, feedback and advocacy to our EMS providers, firefighters, 911 dispatchers, police officers and other pre-hospital providers who are committed to serving our patients and communities. Part of our responsibility is to encourage, foster, and promote the continued development of an efficient pre-hospital system. These goals are met by educating, communicating and developing a lasting collaborative bond between hospital clinicians, hospital administrators and first responders.
