Our pre-hospital follow-up process is a vital part of EMS quality improvement and education. It’s designed to support the professional development of EMS providers by connecting you with valuable feedback and case outcomes.
Through these requests, our Acute Care Trauma Surgeons, Cardiologists and Electrophysiologists from the Heart and Vascular Group, Neurologists and Neurosurgeons from the Neurosciences Division, and other specialists across our Network collaborate to provide the EMS community with current, high-quality, and impactful educational opportunities.

If your service utilizes EMS Charts as its trip reporting software the EMS Outreach Department will inset the feedback directly into the chart. As the requestor of patient feedback you will be notified via e-mail when the request is complete. Those services not utilizing EMS charts will be provided a HIPPA complaint version via email and follow up phone call before sensitive patient data is shared.
