Our Addiction Medicine Fellowship offers a rewarding training experience that promotes both professional growth and personal well-being. Fellows enjoy a healthy work-life balance while taking advantage of the many opportunities available throughout the Lehigh Valley. The Lehigh Valley offers fellows an exceptional quality of life, with year-round entertainment, diverse dining, outdoor recreation, sports, and attractions close to our rotation sites. 

Fellows participate in an annual retreat focused on wellness, connection, and fun outside of the clinical setting. Recent retreat activities have included an escape room challenge! 

Our fellowship is committed to fostering an environment where fellows thrive both personally and professionally throughout their training year. To support their educational, professional, and personal well-being, fellows receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes: 

• $2,000 reimbursement for travel, lodging, and registration expenses when presenting scholarly work. 

• $700 device allowance for the purchase of a laptop, tablet, or other approved device. 

• $700 educational allowance for books, subscriptions, board preparation materials, and other approved educational resources. 

• $400 meal allowance. 

• Paid time off, including four weeks of vacation, major holidays, and sick leave
