St. Luke’s is proud to offer a Mindful Return Working Mom Course and a Mindful Return Working Dad Course. These e-courses come with an online peer mentoring community that sets up new parents for success. The program supports working professionals in confidently navigating life as new parents and balancing their careers. Moms and dads, through separate sessions, are invited to connect and share in an open and safe space. The program is designed for participation at any time (even late-night nursing sessions).

Program Director Lori Mihalich-Levin and her team guide moms, and program director Jeremy Smith and his team guide fathers. They cover topics like: strategies to plan for leave; developing a mindful mindset to encourage calmness and patience; and help with practical solutions to any problem. The teams will also explore the path to turning leave into a leadership opportunity in your career.

Sessions begin every other month. You can view a full list of sessions here.
