What is Sports Performance Training?

Sports Performance Training is an approach to training that helps athletes achieve their desired performance goals. An Integrated sports performance program consists of flexibility, cardiorespiratory, core, balance, plyometric, speed, agility and quickness training. The training also increases muscle flexibility and motor control and corrects imbalances throughout the body.

Sports Strength & Conditioning

The objective is to help each athlete achieve their max level of performance while reducing the occurrence of injuries though a sports specific program that is designed and administered by a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach.


Training programs are designed to increase an athlete’s strength, speed, agility, flexibility, conditioning and explosiveness, all important components in developing an athlete.


Strength coaches challenge each student to bring attitude of hard work, accountability, and total effort to each workout so that the athlete can improve both mentally and physically.


Available at our West End, Warren and Commerce locations.

Sports Performance Training for Individuals

Training programs are designed to increase an athlete’s strength, speed, agility, flexibility, conditioning and explosiveness, all important components in developing an athlete.

  • Pre and Post sports specific fitness Testing

Elite Performance Training for high school and college athletes and Youth Performance Training for middle school athletes includes:

  • Advanced strength training
  • Max velocity sprint work
  • Plyo and power training
  • Change of direction mechanics

Elite Performance is scheduled for Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 7 – 8 pm. Youth Performance is scheduled for Mondays and Wednesdays from 5 – 6 pm.

Very nice gym. Great instructors. Lots of strength training equipment, treadmills and bikes. Very well equipped. Best gym in the area.
