Medically-based exercise programs for those of all ages with a chronic disease and / or disability are designed to increase exercise tolerance and enhance functional capacity.

  • Keep the Beat (Cardiac Rehab Phase III)
    A cardiopulmonary rehab maintenance program designed for individuals who have completed a monitored cardiac rehabilitation program.
  • Neuro-Boxing (call for specific locations)
    A great exercise to improve quality of life for Parkinson’s patients.
  • Mobility and Strength
    A 45-minute chair based exercise program designed to improve strength and mobility for those with arthritis.
  • Strength
    After Cancer program to help rebuild strength and body image to those with cancer. It also helps to reduce cancer fatigue, deconditioning and lymphedema.
  • Chair Yoga (call for specific locations)
    Allows you to perform yoga poses while seated using a chair for balance. Chair based yoga offers the same benefits as traditional yoga, like boosting strength, flexibility and mental well-being
