How to apply
Applications can be emailed to Dr. Scifers at Elizabeth.Scifers@sluhn.org. Please write the subject line as: Last name, APPLICATION FOR FOOT AND ANKLE PT FELLOWSHIP. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. To be eligible for the next cohort, applications must be fully submitted by November 1. Applications received after November 1 will be considered for the following cohort.
Minimum eligibility
- All applicants must have graduated from an accredited Orthopedic or Sports Physical Therapy Residency or maintain Board-Certification in Orthopedic or Sports Physical Therapy.
- All applicants must have a valid license to practice PT in a jurisdiction of the United States.
- All applicants must be a member of the APTA and APTA Orthopedic.
- Not required but preferred Foot and Ankle Special Interest Group member.
- All applicants should have two (2) letters of recommendation.
- All applicants must demonstrate a strong commitment to the philosophy of the subspecialty of foot ankle physical therapy and the principles of the Foot and Ankle Physical Therapy Fellowship through their essay responses.
