Our teaching faculty are dedicated to shaping the next generation of leaders in Foot and Ankle Physical Therapy, grounded in a commitment to community care. We accept up to 3 FAPT fellows per year.
Ensuring success of our fellows.
The goals of the Foot and Ankle Physical Therapy Fellowship program are as follows:
- Improve your knowledge and skills: Fellows will effectively diagnose and treat patients with foot and ankle disorders, learn to prescribe, evaluate for, and modify custom orthotics, receive advanced knowledge on rehab implications following advanced imaging, and post-operative foot and ankle patients.
- Improve your clinical outcomes: Fellows will consistently develop strong therapeutic alliance with patients.
- Propel you to become a leader: Fellows will be ambassadors for for physical therapy through mentoring, teaching, marketing, and interprofessional collaboration across the continuum of care.
- Strengthen skills in business and professional development: Fellows will demonstrate humility and lifelong learning through continuing competence activities.
