The Department of Community Health at St. Luke’s University Health Network completed the 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) in June 2025 for the current 2025-2028 cycle. The next CHNA will be conducted in 2028.
The top priorities identified in the 2025-2028 CHNA cycle include:
- Access to Care
- Chronic Disease Prevention
- Mental Health
