St. Luke’s offers two types of virtual care: virtual scheduled care and virtual urgent care:

  • Virtual scheduled care–This care allows you to schedule with a specific provider. Before the scheduled time (30 minutes), your appointment will become available in MyChart or through the link sent to you.
  • Virtual urgent care–This care doesn’t require scheduling. Instead, you can simply initiate a visit using the “Connect Virtually” button on the mobile app.
