Application Process
How to apply
Our application process is entirely online and facilitated through the SF Match.
Completed applications are verified by SF Match and sent to the SLUHN Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Residency Program, usually in the month of September. Deadline to apply is November 13th. Interviews are by invitation only and are offered in person and virtually using Microsoft Teams.
Minimum eligibility
- Letter of Intent
- Curriculum Vitae including preferred email and cell phone contact information
- In-Service scores during training
- Three letters of recommendation (one from the Program Director or Chair), submitted directly to the email address below by the writer or their administrative assistant.
- ABPS eligibility approval letter
- Citizenship or Visa Status
