The care team at the St. Luke's Wound Management Centers consists of wound specialists, general surgeons, podiatrists and experienced nurses certified in wound and ostomy care. The providers and clinical team work together to provide an individualized treatment plan for each patient. We maintain communication with referring physicians and facilitate other clinical and non-clinical services to better assist you in healing.
