The Patient Satisfaction Rating is an average of all responses to the care provider related questions from our nationally recognized Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey. Patients that are treated in outpatient or hospital environments may receive different surveys, and the volume of responses will vary by question.
Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the best score.
The comments are submitted by patients and reflect their views and opinions. The comments are not endorsed by and do not necessarily reflect the views of St. Luke's University Health Network.

“When the Dr told me I was cleared - I was so overwhelmed and I told him I believed him but could he please prove it to me? He gave me a very detailed explanation of how my would had healed correctly and assured me that I'd be ok in starting radiation - he was VERY understanding and empathetic and I appreciated him explaining everything! I was truly a sobbing mess, and he never missed a beat!”

“The wounds I had in my ankles from Venus insufficiency did not want to heal , at times got worse. The nurses were always kind and encouraging to me - it took 3 years for my ankles to finally heal. I am very thankful to all the staff for getting me through the pain, my crying, sobbing, frustration. They are a fantastic team even through staff changes. In”
