Foot and ankle pain can be debilitating, limiting your ability to enjoy the things you love. As a foot and ankle specialist, I believe your feet deserve the same level of care and attention as any other part of your body. After listening to your symptoms and thoroughly explaining your condition, we can develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs. My goal is to help you get back on your feet and doing the things you enjoy as quickly as possible.
I am board-certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine, specializing in adult foot and ankle reconstruction and limb preservation. I completed my fellowship at St. Luke’s University Health Network, where I received specialized training in conservative and surgical limb preservation techniques for treating limb-threatening wounds, deformities and infections. I have presented at both state and national medical conferences. Before entering practice, I graduated second in my class from the Arizona College of Podiatric Medicine and was inducted into the Pi Delta National Podiatric Honor Society. I then completed a residency in podiatric medicine and surgery at Ascension-St. Vincent in Evansville, IN, where I trained with an orthopedic surgery group specializing in sports medicine, trauma and reconstructive surgery of the foot and ankle.
In my practice, I treat a wide range of conditions, including foot and ankle arthritis, flat feet and injuries such as fractures and sprains. I take a holistic approach, striving to exhaust all conservative treatments before considering surgery. When surgery is necessary, I focus on minimally invasive (MIS) and arthroscopic techniques to promote faster healing and minimize scarring.
I also have a special interest in limb preservation, utilizing specialized wound care and surgical techniques to offload pressure points and accelerate wound closure using skin grafts and flaps. I work in the wound care clinic weekly and have dedicated my professional life to the preservation of the lower extremity and the prevention of amputations.
On a personal note, I grew up on the Delaware River in Bucks County. I’m married to an optometrist, who also works at St. Luke’s, and we have three energetic boys. We enjoy participating in their sports and church activities together.
I look forward to working with you on your road to better health!
