Contract Review and Approval

The Legal Services Department drafts, reviews, negotiates and approves all contracts entered into by the Network and its affiliates. Contracts that the department typically reviews include: affiliation and service agreements; information technology contracts; real estate agreements; research agreements; leases; clinical trials; and independent contractor agreements.
