“I was able to book an appointment online to be seen the next day for a painful, swollen knee. That was a positive. Unfortunately, I couldn't be X-rayed at the facility because of repairs to the radiation room. Dr. Mc Cafferty did use ultrasound without the benefit of the x-ray and drained the knee and administered cortisone. He seemed very competent and the treatment was relatively painless. I did get an X-ray at another facility the following day and read the radiologist report In My Chart. The medical jargon was easy to Google so I think I understood the results.”
