“I'm very happy so far with ALL the services I have received from St Luke's team. Orthopedic department especially bc I am coming to them for continuous issues from a past procedure performed that is greatly affecting my health and physical dexterity. So again I am very appreciative for the support and I look forward to correcting or even improving my health no matter how trivial or continual in care as I'm very frustrated with my present situation.If there's one area I'd improve on is the excessive redundancy of medical verification and history as 3 different people called me to go over the same material in a matter of just 1 week where 15-30 mins phone calls start to become rather mundane and insignificant to just verify my meds n multiple orthopedic surgical procedures. 33 in total, yes 33. Other than that thank you n have a good day. See you soon.”
