“I came in to see Dr. Einswerth because of an allergic reaction on my skin (most of my body), with very intense itching and hives/blisters. She gave me a very thorough inspection of my condition (possible dermititis). She was not my regular physician (my usual doctor was sick), but I was so happy that I went to see her. She explained many things I could do while the prescription drugs she ordered for me started working. I love that any doctors or nurse practitioners I see within the St. Lukes system are always so knowledgeable and caring.”

“My regular PCP was not available to see me for this visit. I did not know I would be seeing a different provider. Dr. Vanessa was excellent!!!. She was able to review all of my information (medical history/medications/ present concern) and provided thorough care to address my emergent concern. She was attentive and efficient while still showing compassion and concern. She offered suggestions to improve my discomfort (due to my illness) as well as prescribing medication. She also asked the clerical staff to contact a specialist for a same day appointment. The receptionist was kind and quick. When the specialist office put Dr. Vanessa's receptionist on hold, the receptionist was apologetic about the wait time (it was not the receptionist fault and the wait was brief). I was surprised that I did not see my PCP, but the visit was excellent. I was beyond satisfied and very grateful for the appointment.”

We do not normally see her, but I was impressed with her. She knew why we were there and reviewed all pertinent information with us to help us figure out what to do. She gave good advice and I was pleased with the time she spent with us, especially as we were there in a last minute appointment. She gave my daughter a thorough exam to check that things were okay. I would see her again if the need arises.”
