I am a Physical Therapist specializing in Orthopedic Physical Therapy and Spine Care. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training with a minor in Psychology from Frostburg State University, and my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Widener University. I am a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy and am certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy through the McKenzie Method.

My approach to care focuses on listening, education and thorough mechanical assessment to help patients return to the activities they enjoy. I am passionate about treating individuals whose injuries limit their ability to stay active, whether their goal is daily movement, recreational exercise, hobbies or athletic performance. I believe successful outcomes come from empowering patients with the knowledge and confidence they need to achieve long-term success and life enjoyment through movement.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my wife Claire and our two sons, Lincoln and Carter.
