“The explanation for the office never calling me about my blood test results is that Tania has me come in for my annual exam after I had my blood test so that she can go over everything with me. She said she will phone me after a blood test only if there is a concern about the test results. Tania is one of the most cheerful and positive people I have ever met in the health care industry. I always look forward to speaking with her about my overall health because I generally do have questions each year.”
