Being available, personable, caring, with open communication with our patients is a top priority.
I also take pride in delivering safe, compassionate, and effective care that will improve the quality of life of my patients. Having seen my own family members suffer from heart rhythm problems and prevail with excellent care, I understand the positive impact my team can have to improve the lives of the patients who need it.
I am a board-certified electrophysiologist, and fellow of the Heart Rhythm Society. After graduating from the University of Southern California Medical School with honors and finishing first in my class, I completed a residency at UCSF and a fellowship at Cedars Sinai and UCLA.
I perform advanced procedures to treat rhythm disturbances of the heart such as ablation for atrial fibrillation and implantation and laser extraction of pacemakers and defibrillators.
I also perform the Watchman procedure to reduce the risk of strokes and enjoy the team approach to complex procedures such as this.
Additionally, I enjoy teaching and I am an assistant professor of medicine at our affiliate, Temple University.
In my free time, I enjoy baseball and skiing and most importantly, spending time with my family and children.
