St. Luke's Family Practice - Forks
I am a board-certified Osteopathic family physician with special interests in the areas of sports medicine, dermatology and geriatrics. Over the course of my career I have had many different positions in medicine including working as a hospitalist at Warren Hospital, working as a geriatrician at Gracedale Nursing Home in Nazareth, Pennsylvania and working in several outpatient traditional family practices. I practice the full-spectrum of family medicine, taking care of newborns through geriatrics.
I chose to enter medicine as I always had an interest in the sciences, to study the human body in the understanding of the pathologic processes that can transpire when somebody is sick. I also enjoy getting to know my patients and applying an Osteopathic approach to medicine which includes healing the mind, body and spirit.
My own personal philosophy of medicine is that medicine occurs between the physician and the patient. I make certain to provide enough time for the patient to tell me about their problems and always make a special effort to listen attentively to what the patient has to say. Modern medicine has added intrusions into the doctor-patient relationship however I make a sincere effort to not let those intrusions impact on how I treat a fellow human being.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two children. I am an avid long distance runner who enjoys running local 5K road races and I also enjoy comic book collecting.

The Patient Satisfaction Rating is an average of all responses to the care provider related questions from our
nationally recognized Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey. Patients that are treated in outpatient or hospital environments may receive different surveys, and the volume of responses will vary by question.
Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the best score.
The comments are submitted by patients and reflect their views and opinions. The comments are not endorsed by and do
