Physical TherapistI am a physical therapist who is passionate about helping patients achieve their goals and return to the activities that matter most to them. As a current recreational athlete and former collegiate athlete, I have a special interest in orthopedic rehabilitation and sports medicine, working with individuals of all ages and activity levels.
My approach to care is patient-centered and collaborative, focusing on individualized treatment plans that reflect each person’s unique needs, goals and lifestyle. I have dedicated additional training to developing my manual therapy skills, allowing me to enhance both evaluation and treatment outcomes through hands-on, evidence-based care. I enjoy helping patients build confidence, improve function and stay active throughout every stage of recovery.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing soccer, spending time with my children and grandchildren and taking advantage of opportunities to be outdoors.
