Sharon A. George, PT, DPT

Sharon received her Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University in Boston where she also played collegiate Field Hockey. She has been working as a physical therapist for almost 30 years, including Director of an out-patient site in New York state as well as an adjusnct instructor at a community college teaching Physical Therapy. Since returning to her PA roots, she has been employed at an out-patient site seeing orthopedic patients of all ages and a variety of other diagnoses. She believes in a hands on approach to treatment and in individualizing each person’s therapy to their goals and abilities to obtain the best functional outcomes. Sharon continues to be active in summer and winter sports with her family.
