Specialities:

Nurse Practitioner

I treat chronic and acute health conditions of individuals aged 2 and older. As a primary care nurse practitioner at St Luke’s University Health Network, I support my patients in living their best, highest-quality lives by taking an active role in their health. I pride myself on being a good listener, empathetic and accessible to my patients.

I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing from La Salle University, and my Doctor of Nursing Practice from West Chester University. The entirety of my nursing career has been spent at Grand View Hospital, now St. Luke’s University Health Network, first as a registered nurse on the telemetry unit and in the emergency department. Then, in 2008, I began practicing as a nurse practitioner at primary care at St. Luke’s Primary Care – Lederach, where I continue to practice.

In addition to my clinical practice, I support the nurse practitioner practice as the treasurer of the ChesMont Regional Group of the Pennsylvania Coalition of Nurse Practitioners.

Outside work, I enjoy exercising at the Upper Perk YMCA, where I serve on the Executive Board and am a level II YMCA swim official. Additionally, I enjoy reading historical fiction and spending time with my family, friends and my beloved golden retrievers.

The Patient Satisfaction Rating is an average of all responses to the care provider related questions from our nationally recognized Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey. Patients that are treated in outpatient or hospital environments may receive different surveys, and the volume of responses will vary by question.

Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the best score.

The comments are submitted by patients and reflect their views and opinions. The comments are not endorsed by and do not necessarily reflect the views of St. Luke's University Health Network.
