“My post visit since surgery went well. The new office I visited was very clean, and PA Sara Yadlosky,PA-C I have seen before and was very professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. Her receptionist was the first in 3 months that has helped me figure out my outstanding bills. She was friendly, knowledgeable in St. Lukes's billing and helped me get to the bottom with my existing charges for bill pertaining to my surgery. She realized that the bill had incorrect name of doctor who was actually in the assistant in surgery on the 4 th floor. No biller or anyone else at St. Lukes has been able to figure it out. She is a vital member of this new office in my opinion. She said she was going to look into it and call me back and she did the next day with the answer to my problem. Hopefully with this correction now, the bill for this doctor will be sent to Blue Cross for Payment. My office visit was a good experience and I will see this PA again in one week. She is a key member to Dr's team.”
