“My mother had a complicated medical case due to recent fall and fracture of C6 spine. She had two remissions. One was for uncontrolled pain and delirium and the second one was for Low sodium. My 88 year old mother also has stage four kidney disease due to a congenital absence of one kidney. My mother saw Dr. Akbar for a follow-up visit to make med corrections due to A 23 pound weight gain in three weeks and two hospitalizations. Dr. Akbar was very professional and concerned about my mothers issues. She explained to my mother in easy to understand terms so my mother could understand what was going on and how to remedy the problems. Dr. Akbar reconciled all my mothers meds and made appropriate adjustments. She took as much time as my mother needed to answer all of her questions as well as mine. I highly recommend Dr. Akbar To any person who would need nephrology services. I am not only speaking as my mothers son, but also as a healthcare professional.”
