My name is Samantha Eroh, but you can call me Sam! As a primary care physician assistant with St. Luke’s University Health Network, I strive to give all my patients personalized and compassionate care. I take pride in using evidence-based medicine and advancements in the field to make a noticeable difference in the care I provide for patients of all ages and walks of life. To help my patients live their most fulfilling lives, I work hard to incorporate all aspects of their mental, physical and spiritual health into every visit. When a patient feels seen and heard, a true patient-provider partnership can flourish.

Born and raised in Hazleton, I love all the culture and history that Northeastern Pennsylvania offers. I graduated from DeSales University in Center Valley, PA, and practice at St. Luke's Tamaqua Primary Care. In my free time, I love traveling and exploring new parts of the world with my family. Also, I enjoy a good concert and crafting of all kinds, especially crocheting.
