Every individual is unique and brings a distinctive combination of factors to the table that must be carefully navigated to provide the best care. Often serving as a first point of contact in health care as a primary care physician, it is important for me to have an encompassing and holistic view of these factors, and to work with every individual in a way that is carefully and specifically curated to best suit them on a personal level. I believe that to be the essence of quality care. My goal is to find positive connections with my patients, providing them with the tools they need to make everlasting changes, acknowledging their efforts and celebrating success.

I am board certified in family medicine and treat patients of all ages and conditions of all types and severities. Outside of work, I enjoy recreational cycling, though you may also find me sailing!
