Normally the survey gives you the name of the practice, I didn't see one.My care is given by Russ and without fail he continues to give me the time needed to cover all my questions. I never feel rushed; he cultivates an atmosphere to discuss in detail what is going on. He knows my history before walking in and I hear his suggestions and directives. Not because they are clearly stated (which they are), but because he is able to convey that he is invested in my success and health and this Investment makes for his patients to want to be their healthiest. He Is exceptional as a provider. I don't know how he offers this care while being mindful of the time the organization has allowed to administer care.”
