St. Luke's Northern Valley Primary Care - Bath
St. Luke's Northern Valley Primary Care - Northampton
I am a board-certified specialist in internal medicine who believes very firmly that medicine is a calling. Taking excellent care of my patients and knowing that I have made a significant difference in their lives is part of what puts a big smile on my face and joy in my heart at the end of every work day. My goal as a primary care physician is to ensure that every aspect of my patients’ health is optimally tended to and that the patients go home knowing that someone truly cares.
I started my medical education and career at University of Port-Harcourt Teaching Hospital in Rivers State, Nigeria, West Africa where I got my allopathic degree. I relocated to the United States when I got married and went on to obtain my osteopathic degree from New York Institute College of Osteopathic Medicine.
I completed my internal medicine residency at St. Luke’s Health University Network in internal medicine and joined Northern Valley Primary Care physician practice because we aim to take care of every aspect of our patients’ health. I love especially that I can see my patients for their outpatient needs and have the privilege to see them in the hospital if they get hospitalized. As such, they are confident that the doctors who know them are always the ones coordinating their health care.
When I am not working, I love spending time with my daughter eating good food (some of which I cook), reading novels and watching great movies.

The girls that bring you back are so sweet and then the amazing Dr she is friendly and so thorough. She always takes her time to cover all your needs and questions. “I love seeing Rosaline. Right now my primary provider Is dr ohanian who is also really good. But with that said there have been times where I have seriously thought of switching my primary provider to Dr Okibo because she is amazing every time I have seen her. I know that when I see her she is going to take very good care of me and make sure that my needs are met. She is also incredibly thorough with her examinations which I really appreciate. There was a time where she caught that I had an ear infection when I would have never realized until she said something.”

“I had to come in last minute because I was let go for my job and my insurance was going to lapse. So it was an immediate I need to get in today. Thankfully there was a doctor available but it wasn't my normal doctor. That definitely made me uncomfortable. When I tell you that the nurse that came in was the sweetest woman I've ever met in my life and then the doctor herself made me feel like gold while I'm basically having a mental breakdown, I got fired and my mother just got diagnosed with small cell cancer stage 4. These doctors that didn't even know me treated me with so much love and respect. I cannot tell you how much I want to switch to that doctor already just because of how unbelievably kind she was. A. is always nice, but this doctor there was just something about her. I really needed it and I really appreciated it. Especially getting me in the same day was incredible. Thank you very much.”
