St. Luke's West Allentown Primary Care
I am a board-certified internal medicine physician at St. Luke’s West Allentown Primary Care. My goal is to provide high quality medical care to my patients, aged 18 years and older, and create a comforting atmosphere throughout their visit.
I received my medical degree from JSC Astana Medical University, Kazakhstan, and completed my internal medicine residency program at Easton Hospital. I manage a broad spectrum of medical problems including hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, heart disease and COPD to name a few. I aim to incorporate a holistic approach to the treatment of any medical problem.
When not working, I enjoy spending time with my family doing multiple outdoor activities that Pennsylvania provides for its residents, such as hiking at the spectacular Jacobsburg Park, paddle boating in the clean waters of Mauch Chunk Lake and skiing at Blue Mountain.

“Dr. Sivolap is well informed, takes the time to listen to and understand concerns, offers guidance backed with reasoning for all my questions. That is exactly what I need from my primary care provider. I feel like he is there for me and my concerns are not taken as a burden, but a shared issue for him and I to resolve. I'm grateful for his care.”

“Dr. Sivolap provides care for my wife and I for several years. We love this guy. He detected a heart condition I have and is following up with tests and medication that are working to prevent damage to my heart. Very easy to talk to and when I was worried he reassured me that I would be ok that my condition was common and treatable and he was right. With his help I'm an active healthy 75 year old grandfather who enjoys life.”
