“R. This appointment was my first with Dr. Budinetz. For multiple reasons, my wife and I had been considering switching from another Health Network to St. Luke's as a our Primary Health Care Provider. To put this into context, in the past few years we had become increasingly dissatisfied with LVHN. Conversely, recent experiences with St. Luke's Urgent Care (Hamburg) and St. Luke's / Geisinger Hospital were world class. We both agreed that our evaluation and impression of our appointment with Dr. Budinetz would be a major determinant of our decision to switch to St. Luke's. Everything from the ease of making an appointment, the pleasant greeting of the facility's receptionist, and professionalism of all staff members produced a very favorable first impression. Upon meeting Dr. Budinetz, my wife and I immediately sensed that he was a medical professional who was genuinely concerned about us as individuals not mere patient numbers. Because this was our initial appointment with Dr. B., he spent considerable time letting us to get to know about him and vice versa. I could continue with many other favorable comments but I'll get to the bottom line. Dr. Budinetz is now our Primary Care Physician.”
