I am a fellowship-trained primary care sports medicine physician who ensures the very best in health and medical care for athletes. I am experienced and trained in the prevention and care of musculoskeletal issues and other health problems linked to sports injuries. I am a strong proponent of holistic care for athletes including healthy eating and daily exercise. I provide patients with an individualized treatment plan and personalized goals for faster recovery and safe return to play.
I am a board-certified family medicine and primary care sports medicine physician. I attended the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine and completed my family medicine residency at Lehigh Valley Hospital and his fellowship in primary care sports medicine at St. Luke’s.
I joined St. Luke’s University Health Network in 2019. I am a member of American Medical Society for Sports Medicine. I provide non-surgical treatment of sports injuries and illnesses including fracture care, concussion management, overuse and acute injuries and everyday musculoskeletal ailments for people of all ages.
My love of sports medicine stems from being a former professional triathlete and understanding how important it is to get back to the activities that we love. I feel that keeping active at any age is important physically as well as mentally. I am passionate about helping athletes and non-athletes with their musculoskeletal injuries.
