EnglishI work as a family practitioner at St. Luke’s University Health Network, focusing on Primary Care within the community. Since becoming a board-certified Family Medicine physician in 2002, I have dedicated my career to promoting a holistic approach to health.
My passions include supporting health and wellness and caring for patients with chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol and obesity. I strongly advocate for preventive medicine and encourage patients to take advantage of available measures, including vaccinations and cancer screenings. I have a strong interest in women’s health and routinely perform Pap smears. I also value caring for entire families, which helps me better understand how genetics, environmental factors and upbringing influence individual health.
When I am not at work, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband, our two kids and our dog. We cherish traveling together and making memories as a family. I feel incredibly grateful for the opportunity to support patients on their health journeys and to share in the learning and growth that comes with it.

“I have been going to dr Tomaine for years! I was glad she was still practicing after the merger. I will say I know her appointments use to run behind sometimes but I never worried about that! I always planned accordingly. She never rushed and always addressed every concern with care. That is why I keep.comong back to her! This time I did feel like she was trying to keep a schedule. Not that she didn't care or address issues but that she ordered items that she will have to talk about further in a follow up.appontment. My job doesn't allow for many days off so I am.just concerned that some concerns may take longer to address. Is she having to keep to appointment time limits with this merger? If so thay is very unfortunate!”
