“She noticed my concern and tried to calm me down, but when I asked if we could still my dosage in half, she agreed. When I asked about adding progesterone back into my regimen, even though I had no need as I had no uterus but brought I heard some of the secondary benefits like mood stabilization and sleep improvement, she was happy to see that I was well-informed and that I'm an active participant in my health, not just someone who just nods yes to everything.”
