“Since this visit was for weight management - I do hope that St Luke's insurance will continue to provide coverage for Zepbound and not "pull the rug" on employees/patients as other providers did this summer. I understand the significant cost associated with the medication and hope that there would be some middle ground regarding availability, coverage and allowing those patients who have been successful to continue care and treatment. I think many people are willing to pay a little more if that's what it comes down to.”

“I was thankful to have a telehealth visit but greatly disappointed as it was supposed to be in person and we traveled an hour to come to the Appnt. We were only called after driving 45 min.I was also disappointed after multiple attempts to get written information (this was stated as given in my after visit summary) it still was not provided even after calling multiple times. Thankfully when I saw my dietician a week later she gave it to me but it should haven been given sooner.”
