English|SpanishI was born in Puerto Rico and grew up in Bethlehem.. After living in Chile, Spain and Peru, I moved to Philadelphia, where I lived for eight years while completing medical school and residency training in Obstetrics & Gynecology. I enjoyed traveling abroad and living in Philadelphia, but I am thrilled to be back home.
I earned my medical degree at Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania and completed my residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
As an OB/GYN at St. Luke’s University Health Network, I provide full-spectrum obstetrical and gynecologic care, offering prenatal care; routine well-woman care; and medical and surgical management of a broad scope of gynecologic issues. I take great pride in developing strong relationships with the patients who entrust me with their care. I am also fluent in Spanish, allowing me to communicate with a diversity of patients..
Outside of work, food is one of my biggest passions. I enjoy learning new recipes to prepare for my family and love exploring new restaurants (I always appreciate a good recommendation)! I try to balance my love of food with an active lifestyle--running, hiking, dancing, Zumba and chasing my toddler. I have most recently become a Peloton bike fanatic.
