Family MedicineI am passionate about building long-term relationships with my patients and serving as a trusted partner in their health. As a board-certified primary care physician, I take a holistic approach to care, focusing on the whole body rather than isolated symptoms. I believe that listening closely to patients is one of the most powerful tools in medicine. I value shared decision-making and work alongside patients to create individualized care plans. Whenever appropriate, I emphasize lifestyle changes and conservative therapies before turning to medications, empowering patients to take an active role in their well-being.
Beyond the clinic, I enjoy recharging with my family, spending time outdoors in the sun and finding humor in life — often by watching reruns of The Office. Whether hiking, relaxing at the beach or simply enjoying a quiet day at home, I believe balance and connection are essential parts of health.
