Nate Johnson, MS, CCC-SLP

I am an ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist with Physical Therapy at St. Luke’s. My focus is on providing functional, patient-centered therapy tailored to each individual’s unique goals and needs. I primarily treat Cognitive-Linguistic Impairments, Voice Disorders, Aphasia, Motor Speech Disorders and Swallowing Disorders in individuals who have experienced a stroke, brain injury or other Neurologic Conditions.

I am a SPEAK OUT!® Certified Clinician and a DINES/VitalStim Certified Provider, meaning I am trained in specialized swallowing rehabilitation techniques, including the use of neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES), to help improve swallowing function in individuals with dysphagia (swallowing disorders). I believe in helping patients build skills that support meaningful improvements in their daily lives.

Outside of work, I enjoy running, reading, and trying new restaurants with friends and family.
