I am a physical therapist specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation, balance and fall prevention, and postpartum care. I am passionate about helping patients move better, feel stronger and return to the activities they enjoy with greater confidence and independence.

My approach to care is personalized and compassionate, with every treatment plan tailored to each individual’s goals, lifestyle and unique needs. Whether I am helping someone recover from an injury, improve balance and stability, or regain function following childbirth, I focus on creating a supportive environment that encourages progress and long-term success.

 I enjoy partnering with patients throughout every stage of recovery and wellness, empowering them with the tools and confidence needed to achieve meaningful, lasting results.

Outside of the clinic, I enjoy relaxing at the beach, and country line dancing.
