My goal, as a board-certified physician assistant specializing in pediatric gastroenterology, is to develop personal relationships with each of my patients and their families. I treat patients, ranging in age from newborns to young adults, with a variety of conditions involving the gastrointestinal tract. These include, but are not limited to, celiac disease, esophageal structural and motility disorders, eosinophilic esophagitis, constipation, gastroesophageal reflux disease, nutritional deficiencies, peptic ulcer disease, irritable bowel syndrome, gastroparesis and inflammatory bowel disease. As part of a multidisciplinary group, my colleagues and I offer patients a team-based approach to treating these disorders.
I attended the DeSales University accelerated five-year Physician Assistant program, earning my Bachelor of Science in Medical Studies in 2020 and completing my Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2021. I also spent time training with the Pediatric St. Luke’s Gastroenterology Division during my elective clinical rotation in physician assistant school, which was a valuable addition to my education. I have been a provider with St. Luke’s University Health Network since December 2021. I am also an active member of the American Academy of Physician Associates and the Pennsylvania Society of Physician Associates.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, walking on the rail trail, shopping and dining at local restaurants. Additionally, I enjoy spending time at the beach when I can. I love to travel either on my own or with others. Some of the favorite places that I have visited are Ireland, England and Italy, including Venice and Rome.
