Physical Therapist

I am a physical therapist with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and a minor in strength and conditioning. I also obtained a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and a Master of Clinical Health Science from the University of Delaware.

I treat a wide range of patients, including athletes and individuals with orthopedic and neurologic conditions, and have experience in both inpatient rehabilitation and outpatient orthopedic settings.

My approach combines hands-on manual therapy with personalized exercise programs to support recovery and long-term health. I completed the St. Luke’s Orthopedic Residency Program and am continuing to advance my skills while working toward board certification in orthopedic physical therapy.

I am passionate about helping patients stay active and return to the activities they enjoy through individualized, goal-oriented care. I value building strong therapeutic relationships and empowering patients to reach their goals with the tools, knowledge and confidence needed to support a healthy lifestyle.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, participating in recreational sports and baking.
