Matthew M. Kosar, PT, DPT

I am a physical therapist with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and a master’s degree in anatomy and clinical health from the University of Delaware, as well as a bachelor’s degree in rehabilitation science from the University of Pittsburgh.

I am board certified in both orthopedic physical therapy and sports physical therapy, with a special interest in treating orthopedic and sports-related injuries affecting the lower extremities and spine.

My approach combines individualized, hands-on care with education and collaboration, empowering patients to take an active role in their recovery while building confidence throughout the process. Whether I am helping athletes return to sport or supporting individuals as they regain function in everyday life, I enjoy creating personalized treatment plans that help patients achieve their goals and improve their overall quality of life.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, traveling, golfing and spending time with my wife and our dog.
