I always strive to deliver high quality and compassionate care and want to create a practice where my patients feel confident that they are receiving the best treatment possible.

I have been practicing as an interventional neuroradiologist at St Luke's University Health Network since 2017. My practice is focused on the treatment of patients suffering from vascular disorders of the brain and spine such as stroke, aneurysms and vascular malformations using minimally invasive interventional techniques. Additionally, I also perform spine procedures such as kyphoplasty for fractures, ablation of tumors, epidural steroid injections and synovial cyst rupture. 

I earned my medical degree at SUNY Downstate School of Medicine, completed an internship at Beth Israel Medical Center, a residency at Maimonides Medical Center and a fellowship at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing and teaching tennis to my two young sons, who will hopefully make it to the US OPEN one day. Our family also loves exploring places in the Lehigh Valley and spending time outdoors either biking or skiing.

“I have a situation with the left side of my face/head/gums for since 2014 and I described to him of my symptoms and before I finish he right away told me what was going on and explained to me that I had Trigeminal neuralgia. For the past 10 years I've had so many X-Rays, and MRI's and saw so many specialist and no one could tell me anything. Dr. Oselkin put ordered an MRI for me and to see a neurologist. The appointment is on December 11th, 2025 in Phillipsburg, New Jersey. I'm hoping this doctor will help me because the pain is so excruciating to where I can't eat or drink anything, especially if it's cold. Please pray for me.”
