Adult Gender Affirming Care - SurgicalAs an obstetrician and gynecologist, I have the opportunity to develop long lasting relationships with my patients by caring for them throughout their lives – seeing them through the best and worst times, which is so humbling and gratifying. Whether it be preventative care, prenatal care, family planning, menstrual disorders, pelvic pain or menopause care (to name a few), I am always excited to be part of my patients care and enjoy educating them to empower them to be part of their care through shared decision making.
Although proficient in all areas of OBGYN, I hold a strong interest in prenatal care (both routine and high risk), minimally invasive laparoscopic and robotic gynecologic surgery, contraception, fertility and PCOS, and I am very passionate about preventative care.
Originally from Bergen County, New Jersey, I received my medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine Dominica, West Indies. I then went on to complete my residency at St. Luke’s University Health Network where I was selected to be a chief resident in my final year and received an award of excellence for resident teaching. I enjoyed the Lehigh Valley community and had such a wonderful experience in residency that I decided to continue my career at St. Luke’s. It was important to me to be part of a health system that is dedicated to quality and evidence-based care for their patients and community.
When I am not at work, I enjoy quality time with my family, friends and my energetic puppy, Oliver. My husband and I enjoy cooking together, being outdoors and traveling.

“Dr. E is very kind and caring. She took the time to listen to all of my concerns and addressed each one with understanding and compassion. This visit was a significant improvement compared to a previous visit with during which I was given an incorrect diagnosis of prolapse. This misinformation really impacted my physical and emotional health. Dr. E was able to clarify that diagnosis, provide reassurance, and thoroughly educate me about my current concerns. I left the appointment feeling heard, informed, and much more at ease.”
