I am passionate about promoting health through a multifaceted approach. This includes lifestyle adjustments, proactive screenings, and preventative care, all of which are shared decisions with my patients. My goal is to inspire and motivate my patients to take charge of their health.

I am a board-certified family nurse practitioner, earning my Bachelor of Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing degrees from Chamberlain University. With a commitment to excellence, I bring a wealth of expertise to my role, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to families.

Outside of my professional life, I find joy in spending time with my three children, husband and dog. I am an active supporter of my children’s sports activities. In my leisure time, I engage in diverse hobbies, including traveling, exercising, gardening and reading. These personal interests help me connect with my patients on a more personal level.
